Noise issues from neighboring rooms, outdated room furnishings, long wait times at breakfast!!! Poor internet connectivity hampers the experience!!! The outdoor pool closes far too early for comfort!!!

fancy hotel with bright rooms, great views on the gardens. very comfy beds and a storage space and armchairs. outstanding meals with soft drinks. laundry and shuttle service were good, particularly free wi-fi. property's shuttle was a nice bonus too.

The spacious room with a balcony provided a perfect retreat after long days exploring. The breakfast staff greeted us like family. Don't miss the delicious offerings at the Papillion restaurant-highly recommend the local wines! A hotel that feels like home while in Rome!

Fairly clean hotel in a very comfortable building just off bus stops, restaurants in Europe and the outskirts of Rome. What a marvellous and lovely location to the trolley! For tea or coffee visit Lo Zucchero degli Angeli nearby. Efficient check in and in general GREAT service. The shuttle to attractions, great pool.

Consider using the daily shuttle service for easy access to city attractions-it's affordable and saves you the hassle of finding transport.

Double bed. Very comfortable unlike others that are always two put together and very uncomfortable, this one was a single bed for two.

I couldn't watch the English championship in my room. SKY was missing

Great stay with friendly staff!

We spent 2 nights here and had a blast! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was spacious with a comfy king-sized bed, and the cleaning was spot on. Breakfast was decent, but could've had more options. The only bummer was the slow coffee service. Still, it was a lovely experience.

The breakfast is really rich and excellent. Attention to the rooms, pet friendly.

Beautiful venue, valid SPA, room service with good and abundant dishes, very helpful and attentive staff at the reception. Taxi with parking outside the hotel. Hotel telephone is available in the room, you can take it around, you do not pay the phone calls and can be easily connected if needed.

It's not the mattress but the pillows that are not so comfortable and the hair dryer in the closet is very uncomfortable, rather dirty room. The breakfast was not hot, they apologized and even gave us a discount.

The spa was relaxing, and the external pool was a treat. Shuttle service made exploring easy!

Attention to detail

Public transport connection... Two meters plus a bus to get to the center

The location is perfect for visiting the city, the shuttle bus is cheap and very comfortable. The modern bathroom with large shower. Good breakfast even if a little expensive and often the breakfast room is too crowded so you have to queue.

I hate carpets and they should be abolished everywhere, unfortunately here there are a lot of them...
